FarmRas is a brand owned and operated by Borooah Agro Foods, Guwahati, Assam, India. We manufacture and sell natural fruit juices, squashes, pickles, and other food products.

2. Products

  • All products are prepared using natural ingredients and are free from artificial flavours and added colours unless otherwise stated.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product colour and appearance may vary slightly due to natural ingredients.
  • Nutritional values and health benefits mentioned on the website are for informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email or message.
  • FarmRas reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 5–8 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier partner.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are food items, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

However, a refund may be provided if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product is leaking or defective.

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and package.

7. Storage Instructions

Customers should follow the storage instructions mentioned on the product label. FarmRas shall not be responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

All content on this website, including logos, product images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Borooah Agro Foods and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FarmRas and Borooah Agro Foods shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
